How long does it take to repair an appliance?We offer same-day services to get your faulty appliances up and running. Our technicians have most of the common parts in our service van to increases chances of repairing on first visit. It might take a bit longer if they don’t have the right part, but your appliance will be repaired the same day.
What does your warranty cover?We provide a 6-months warranty on all our repair services. This warranty covers both parts and labor, giving you complete peace of mind. If your manufacturer no longer services your appliance under warranty, our service repair team is here to help. We stand confidently behind the quality of our work and parts used.
Do you repair commercial appliances as well?Yes! Our commercial appliance repair services are specifically designed for businesses. Our experienced appliance technicians provide quality repair services for all types of commercial appliances.
How soon can a technician come out?We do our best to offer same-day or next-day callout, depending on availability and your location.
Do you use genuine parts?Yes. We use original manufacturer parts whenever possible. Where that’s not available, we source high-quality alternatives that come with a warranty.

⁠Do you sell spare parts?Unfortunately, we don’t sell spares. We only stock spares exclusively for our repair services. All our parts are genuine and offered at competitive prices.
Will the technician come with the parts?Our technicians keep a wide range of common parts stocked in our vans. We do our best to bring along the parts we anticipate will be needed for your repair. If it turns out that we don’t have the exact part on hand, there’s no extra charge for collecting it and returning to complete the job.
⁠How will I know that the technician is coming?You’ll never be left wondering — on the day of your repair, our technician will call or message you when they’re on their way, so you know exactly when to expect them.
